1. Price and Terms

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Copyright

The copyright of the photographs and/or digital images provided by the photographer remains the property of the photographer. The copyright of the designs and layouts made by mydesigner remains the property of mydesigner. Mydesigner reserves the right to use the designs, not the images, for advertising, display or any other purpose thought property by mydesigner.

3. Shipping

All orders by using USPS with alternate shipping using UPS/Fed Ex unless otherwise requested. In those cases where the only shipping address available is a P.O. Box number, the order is shipped through the United States Post Office. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide mydesigner with current shipping information.

4. Damaged Packages

Damaged packages are the responsibility of the common carrier. Please refuse damaged packages when you suspect the merchandise is damaged as well. Please inspect all packages within 24 hours of receipt and notify mydesigner.

5. Returns and Exchanges

As goods are custom made to order and approved by the purchaser, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. Warranty

Mydesigner must be contacted within 48 hours to report any manufacturing defects. After that time any issues with finished products is not the responsibility of mydesigner studio. There is a warrantee period of one year for product guarantee. If a defect is detected after the warranty period we can quote you on a repair fee. Repairs will only be accepted by prior arrangement with mydesigner studio and will only be quoted upon our inspection allowing us to make a true assessment on the damage.

7. Payment Accepted

We accept credit cards (Visa, and) as well as Paypal, money order, and personal checks. Payments by personal checks will delay production start date until payment has cleared.

8. Payment

Orders requiring design work are processed in two phases. The design phase is to be paid for in full. Once all designs have been approved by the customer a second order if applicable will be processed and associated payments are also made in full upon placement of order. All Other Orders: Full payment is due upon receipt of the order. Special arrangements may be made under special consideration of the terms between Digi-books Montage Studio and the customer.

9. Cancellation Policy

Once design work has begun and a cancellation has then occurred a refund will be awarded equal to 50% the total design fee. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the date an order was placed full refund will be awarded. Once production has begun to produce any one of our physical products no refund is awarded upon cancellation of an order. There are no refunds for samples.

10. Rush Orders

We can not guarantee an order can be rushed due to the variety of products we offer. If you need an order rushed please contact mydesigner studio and arrangements can be negotiated. A fee may be charged, but will be agreed upon by both parties.

11. Modifications to Orders

Changes to design work will only be made during the design phase. Once the customer has approved of all designs and your project has already begun production no modifications to designs are allowed. Changes to the product selections such as book cover options can be made prior to production only. Any changes once selections have already been produced will be charged the appropriated change fees.

12. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delivery time begins once an order for designing is approved and all payments are received. All efforts will be made to produce all customer orders timely and without compromise to final product quality. Delays may occur due to demand of products and services. We will do our best to keep you informed of updated production status or any unplanned delays.

Estimated Lead Times:

Design Work: 1-4 weeks depending on client's timely approvals and the changes required to complete this phase as well as the quantity of concurrent design projects under way.

Photo Handbag/pillow products: 4-6 weeks

Albums and Books: 4-8 weeks

All lead times are approximate and all efforts are made to deliver sooner whenever possible. It is always encouraged to consult your delivery needs and to keep in touch in order to provide a status on your order. Please be patient to ensure attention to detail can be respected.

13. Communications

Often mydesigner will need direct contact with both the photographer/reseller and his/her client. NO DIRECT CONTACT between mydesigner and the photographer /reseller's client regarding any financial issues will be conducted as that is private transactions between mydesigner and the photographer/reseller placing the actual order. Any correspondence needed during the design phase will be emailed and photographer/reseller cc'd.
