Q: If I am a photographer who wants to offer your products do you have wholesale pricing?

A: First of all we are happy you are interested thus far. We want you to consider us your design partner. When you choose us to design your book or album that is the ultimate order for us. So, photographers who we design for, therefore, have photographer pricing, but are offered an additional discount. We really dont call it wholesale, but partner pricing.

If you are a photographer, but using our Template Manager, then we certainly dont want to say no to making you a book or album just because we didnt design it. The Template Manager ensures that you have the right tools to work with our designs and prep them when they are ready for print so it helps us process your orders without incorrect submissions when owning the Template Manager.

If you are a photographer looking to offer our portrait handbags then the discount is the same for all photographers who own or dont own the Template Manager because making a portrait purse is not like the design phase involved for making the single or double sided designs for a purse.

Mini magazines are a promotional item for photographers so there is only one price structure for those and they are not sold to the public.

All products offered can be viewed without logging into an online account, but items that do not have pricing indicated means you must be a photographer in business and when you log into your account you will then see the pricing for those additional items. That pricing IS the photographer price and no suggested retail is set. That is up to you to determine.

Q: How do I send you my images to design an album?

A: After you have filled out a Design Quote Request and you are ready to order design services you will upload your images using our online for us to retrieve. Within about 2 weeks we will notify you to take a look at your designs so you can make approvals and request changes.

Q: Do you offer samples or discounts on studio samples?

A: We do not have specific packages pre-assembled for studio samples of our books and bags, but we do offer discounts so that you can have something to show your clients without paying a full price to get them. You need to contact us prior to placing an order for a sample discount code to be set up for you.

Q: I am not a photographer. Can I buy products from you?

A: If you see a handbag you are interested in and there is a price indicated then you can purchase that directly from us online. If the item says to contact your local photographer than that item is only sold to photographers and any photographer of your choice can purchase that from us for you. Be aware that we do not set the prices your photographer chooses to set. He or she is allowed to price it whatever they feel is appropriate.

If you purchased digital negatives from your wedding photographer because they are not planning on producing an album or book for you and you have proof that you are able to use them then you can order directly from us. All design projects are treated equally as far as our desire to produce the best final design to your liking. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have and YES, we can produce a book for you using images you have taken yourself and they do not only have to be for weddings.

Q: I am not a photographer. Can I be a reseller?

A: We have partners who sell our books, albums, and handbags that are not photographers. You can contact us and be considered for a reseller discount.

Q: I worked with you before and design my own not using your designs. Does that mean I cant order anymore?

A: If you are a previous customer you may want to consider the mydesigner Template Manager. It just may prove a value to you. We can convert your own designs for use within the Template Manager. If you feel it wont benefit you we would love to know why. Maybe we can implement advanced features. Otherwise, if you ordered in the past and our products are already being marketed on your site or in your brochures then please contact us so we can adjust your account.

Q: I am only interested in Bind Only at this time, will you take my orders?

A: We have moved away from that service since mydesigner is primarily a design studio that is where the focus is for partnering with photographers and the additional services chosen compliment our design services.
